Very quite, attentive staff, quickly processed prescription. Free chips and drink while I waited. Very Diverse Staff and Pharmacy Technicians, polite friendly and very helpful.

The pharmacist and staff here are very helpful and efficient. They always find coupons and programs to help reduce my out of pocket expenses and are great at communicating about my prescription status.

Customer service way above all other pharmacies. They took my call today right before closing on a house weekend. I was able to speak with the pharmacist who quickly looked at my record, and he stayed open until I could get there! I appreciate being treated like a person by a pharmacy that values their patients.

Very helpful and quick! Even when I didn’t call in the prescription prior to arriving, I’ve never had to wait more than 5mins. So much faster than any larger pharmacy around! AND they offer snacks while you wait! You can also have your prescriptions shipped directly to your house.

The folks here are so kind. They always have my prescriptions same day, and they make it easy to refill. Small town feel you don’t get at the bigger chain stores.

I have been using Pharma Plus Pharmacy for almost 4 years now. They do an outstanding job and truly make their customers feel valued. I recently moved to North Dallas but I continue to use them since they have a delivery service. When I am in the McKinney area and arrange to pick up, I almost always get same day refills on my prescriptions and never have to wait. Hands down the best pharmacy experience I've ever had!

I have been with this beautiful mom and Pop Pharmacy for many many years. The pharmacist is amazing and always finds coupons that normal stores cannot. He has saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the past 10 years. He is only open Monday through Friday so be aware of that.
